Flea Market

I went to this flea market when I was in Kelana Jaya, Kuala Lumpur. It was located at Amcorp Mall. It was an amazing sight. There were many retro items on sale. Vases, stick on magnets, posters but what really caught my eye was rows and rows of vynil records which brings you back to an era of broadway and disco. Even old turntables were on sale and they still intact with good sound system. Check these pics out!

There was also a second hand shop that sells basically second hand items ranges from old jeans to guitars. And they were all in good and pristine condition.

No updates..

It has been two months that I have no updates on this blog. I would publish sometime later about a flea market in K.L which sells many retro memorabilias.

As Ramadhan is coming, car boot sales activity would be temporarily at halt. No worries! I am planning to have another car boot sale at the end of October. I will post the confirmed date soon.

Car Boot Sale - 08th June 2008

Yesterday's sale was awesome. There were customers already waiting before we set up our pitches. Also, the weather has been very kind to us. Check out the pics!

There were many things on sale, old and new. Although the crowd was a slow turnout, it did not dampen our spirit. I would like to thank all participants for their support.

ISB PTA CAR BOOT SALE!

Yesterday's Car boot sale was spectacular. It had attracted crowds of people. The participants opened up their pitches at the crack of dawn. I came at 6.45am and I thought I was early. Everybody were already waiting to get the best deals at that time. Check out the pictures!

You could find used and new stuffs, books, slippers, shoes, clothes etc at good bargains. I made more than BND100.00 on that day. There were BBQ hot dogs, cakes and drinks sold by PTA committee. I saw two girls went around asking donation for Myanmar victims. I took their picture and donated some. Across my pitch, there was a lady selling iron plants. I think she brightened the place up because it made the sale more exciting...
